We collect the account information you provide (such as your email address) and the business data you enter into the Service — including jobs, contacts, expenses, invoices, subcontractor records, payroll inputs, and any files you upload such as receipts and documents.
We use your information solely to provide and operate the Service for you: storing your records, displaying them back to you, generating reports and documents you request, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party cloud database and storage provider, on secure infrastructure. Access is restricted so that each account can only access its own businesses’ data. Uploaded files are kept in private storage accessible only through your authenticated account.
The Service supports multiple users and businesses. Technical access controls are in place so that one account cannot view another account’s data.
You can view, edit, export, and delete your data at any time through the Service. If you delete your account, your associated data is removed from active systems. You may request assistance with data export or deletion through the contact address in the application.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including authentication and access controls. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
